Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and prepare accurate reports for management.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free warehouse facility.
- Resolve operational issues and address team concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management software.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn management skills.
