Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack pallets efficiently in a refrigerated environment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols, including proper cold-weather gear usage.
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of shipments for delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (below 35°F).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to be trained.
