Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with all OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, railcars, and conveyors, ensuring proper securing to prevent damage.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using our warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator with a valid license (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or High Lift experience preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
