Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and stock locations to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Label, sort, and stage packages for shipment according to delivery schedules.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and dollies safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
