Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as required to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- No previous forklift experience required – on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
