Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety and functionality.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (CPLP) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
