Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stage materials with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of all material handling equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Verify inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
