Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Materials: Safely operate forklifts to load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers.
- Inventory Management: Move stock within the warehouse and organize inventory to maintain a neat and efficient workspace.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete paperwork, including delivery logs and inventory counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic pre-shift inspections of the forklift to ensure proper functioning.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and safety checks.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other warehouse staff.
- No Experience Required: We provide training for the forklift certification (OSHA) for qualified candidates.
