Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper stock placement within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow proper lifting techniques to prevent workplace injuries.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CP, TF, LF, or CL license required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for logging daily checks.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
