As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are moved safely and efficiently to meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues before and after each shift.
- Perform inventory counts and document stock movements accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be able to provide proof of certification).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
