Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Ensure the safe and accurate storage of all merchandise, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Inspect equipment for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, including delivery logs and checklists.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift certification or experience is required; we provide training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting tasks (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and scanning barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety instructions precisely.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (commercial license not required for entry-level).
