Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory to verify quantity and condition.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
