Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, scanners) to move goods safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in inventory control processes and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Baltimore.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
