Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management software.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Organize stockpiles and ensure the warehouse floor remains clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of shipments for distribution.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10 or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts (e.g., Toyota, Raymond, Hyster).
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred).
