Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards and company protocols.
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and the work area to prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFP or CFII) is required.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
