Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks and containers accurately according to shipping documents.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and work area before shifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
