Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and maintaining organized stock locations.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and mathematical skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
