Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues or safety hazards before and after each shift.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of shipments and orders.
- Perform basic inventory counts and accurately record stock movements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be willing to obtain a valid forklift operator certification.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
