Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize materials.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform regular safety inspections of equipment to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our training program.
- Basic math skills for inventory and counting tasks.
