Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload shipping containers and pallets.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock organization as directed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
