Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by properly tagging and shelving incoming and outgoing stock.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Clean and organize work areas, including pallets and storage aisles, to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or equivalent valid license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
