Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and to delivery trucks.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Organize and stock inventory accurately to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as packaging, labeling, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification (we offer paid training for qualified candidates).
- Basic reading and math skills required for inventory management.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
