Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas to maintain optimal storage conditions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and operate heavy machinery with proper training.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
