Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently, strictly adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and stage materials onto pallets, racks, and trucks with precision and care.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Accurately log inventory movements and maintain stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or material handling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
