Job Overview:
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations by ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently. This is an entry-level position suitable for those ready to start a career in logistics.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, locate, and place stock.
- Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one within 30 days).
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety orientation.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
