Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Counterbalance preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
