Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and stack merchandise efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, adhering to shipping schedules.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock counts.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure optimal workflow.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class 1, 3, or 4 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
