Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move materials in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
