Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Forklift) safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse setting.
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from designated storage areas and shipping docks.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling procedures.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work rotating shifts if necessary.
