Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery: Safely drive forklifts (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack, and Counterbalance) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high accuracy in inventory tasks.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
