Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Order Picker, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (CPH) or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
