Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and conveyors using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure timely and correct delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate scanners and other warehouse technology efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic math for inventory counting.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
