Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring accurate placement of inventory.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment before and after shifts to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
