Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products accurately to ensure timely distribution.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to verify equipment safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to optimize warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (OSHA certified) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime shifts.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and tracking shipments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
