Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers in a safe and timely manner.
- Picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor.
- Operating warehouse equipment (Forklift/Pallet Jack) with guidance.
- Scanning barcodes and verifying inventory counts using handheld scanners.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory scanning and documentation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new processes.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
