Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and dock areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and logging stock movements.
- Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift safety inspections on all equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and hazard-free at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
- Handle hazardous materials and heavy loads following strict safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is required.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
