Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Class 1, 3) and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues before use and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Stack and organize inventory pallets in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and shipping.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and math skills for documentation and inventory checks.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
