Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials according to production schedules.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure stock integrity.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse management regarding stock levels and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Forklift Endorsement or CDL) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with a positive attitude.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
