Responsibilities
- Perform daily loading and unloading of freight using sit-down and reach forklifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock locations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Verify load documentation and ensure proper tagging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail.
- Eligible to pass a background check and drug screen.
