As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that materials are moved safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload trucks safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in the warehouse.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Assist in organizing warehouse stock, pallets, and inventory bins.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members.
- Handle pallet jacks and hand trucks as required for daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (CDL or Class A/B/C not required).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
