Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Update inventory systems and label packages according to strict protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
