Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and shipping containers efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Process inventory using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems accurately.
- Pack and label shipments according to company standards and shipping regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
