Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select products from inventory and package them securely for shipment according to customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and verify that the correct products and quantities are being shipped.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in organizing the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Basic Skills: Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills for scanning and verifying orders.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Experience: No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
