Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets, boxes, and materials onto and from trailers, racks, and shelves using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and efficiency during night operations.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CPC or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar schedule).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
