Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline daily operations and meet strict production deadlines.
- Follow all company policies regarding hazardous material handling and lifting protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CP, TF, LSE, etc.) is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
