Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Reach Trucks) to load, unload, and move materials within the facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling of all stock.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to maximize efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
