Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout the night shift.
- Load, unload, and stack pallets with precision, adhering to weight and balance limits.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify inventory accuracy and update stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly following OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and pallet flow.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or willing to obtain).
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
