Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with precision.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts and digital logging.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse organization systems (e.g., labeling, shelving).
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and operating warehouse management software.
