Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklift equipment before and after shifts.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas to optimize space.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
