Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on equipment.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to prevent accidents.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior forklift experience is required; training will be provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
